SERVICES WE PROVIDE

Lower Columbia Medical Billing will accommodate your practice's needs with a customized plan. The following is a list of some of our services:

  • Remote Access - We offer remote access in real time to all patient accounts. This allows you to "check up on us" and answer your patient's questions when they are in your office. You may view or print out practice management reports at your own convenience. Access all of the ICD-9 CM, CPT and HCPCS codes, and use the integrated email program. The software uses the same encryption the banks and government use.
     

  • Insurance Claim Submission - We will file the claim electronically or by paper. This includes Secondary and Tertiary submissions as well as any attachments.
     

  • Backlog Claim Processing - Do you have a backlog of claims due to time constraints? We can promptly process those claims and recover your lost revenue.
     

  • Patient Statements - Any patient with an account that is 30 days past due will receive a monthly statement up until 90 days. Patients may contact us directly with any inquiries. All inquiries are treated with prompt and courteous responses.
     

  • HIPAA Consulting - Need help becoming HIPAA compliant? We can perform a privacy and security assessment of your office, recommend actions that need to be taken, and provide necessary forms.
