Will I need
to purchase software to use remote access?
No. There is no software to
buy or upgrade. All you will need is an internet connection.
How much information will
you need?
We will need practice information including insurance plan
identification numbers and a copy of the practice's superbills or
daysheets. If you chose to have us perform full practice
management, we will need copies of the EOB's to post payments to
your account and send statements to your patients.
Who does the insurance
carrier make payment to?
All payments go directly to you.
How will the information
required to file a claim get to your billing agency?
We receive information via fax or first-class
mail. We have toll free phone and fax numbers for our clients and
their patients. If you are in our local area, we can make
arrangements to pick up the needed information.
Are you HIPAA Compliant?
Yes! We have a complete HIPAA manual you
may view and privacy and security protections in our office such
as password protection, regular back-ups stored off site and
shredding of all discarded PHI. All information is kept
confidential and is only used for billing purposes.
What are your rates?
Our rates vary depending on the size and
specialty of your practice. Most services are bundled into the per
claim or monthly fee. All fees are included in your contract, so
there are no suprprises.
